Do you think enough touch-ups will result in a permanent 'stache?
Ok, so I got my finger 'stache on a recent trip to Canada, and low and behold, it's faded...and it only took 1 week...(so i was surprised when people said theirs had faded in a few months...mine was barely a week even with lots of care) Now i was wondering, I know from reading the other posts that it depends on the tattoo artist but...do you think enough touch ups will eventually make it permanent? I hope so 'cause I love my finger stache but by the time i came home to show people...it was all but gone for good :-(

I have had mine touched up THREE times, and it definitely is getting darker with each one. Finger tattoos are tricky, because you can take care of them perfectly, and they still may fade or come out with the scab. Lately, I've been getting it touched up each time I go in for a new tattoo. Since it's ridiculously painful, I hope that the third times a charm!!! =)

I got mine 3 weeks ago... one side is FINE the other side is pretty much a distant memory. I dont think my dude knew what he was doing though. Getting the 2nd half touched up Friday- praying it keeps cause it hurt like a bitch!

I got mine almost two years ago and although the tattooist said it is likely to fade and will ned a couple of touch ups it never has. I just think it depends on the quality of the tattooist. Mine was a fucking awesome place in Berlin
